Planning Participate in and lead project planning, estimation, and technical strategy development. Define and implement coding standards aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish technology roadmaps. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for adoption and process optimization. System Design & Integration Lead and execute IT software application projects from conception to deployment. Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for coding, testing, and quality assurance. Take ownership of key modules or components, ensuring alignment with technical specifications. Develop and maintain technical documentation and participate in peer code reviews. Optimize, refactor, and enhance existing IT software systems for performance and reliability. System Operations Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical application and integration issues. Analyze and resolve technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime and performance degradation. Implement preventive measures and best practices for system stability. Collaborate with development and support teams on bug fixes and root cause analysis. Escalate and manage high-severity incidents as required. Mentorship Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and peers.
