About the role
Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and prioritize product features based on business requirements. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Identify and document project requirements, risks, and assumptions. Track project performance and analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Backlog & Agile Management Own the team backlog, including story prioritization, quality, and readiness. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, system demos, and start/stop/continue sessions. Ensure team adherence to Agile best practices and support continuous improvement. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Communicate project status, issues, and successes through regular reports and meetings. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure their expectations are met.
