As a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Azure & AI Platforms, your role will involve leading the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native, and AI-ready architectures that align with enterprise technology standards and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing scalable, secure, cloud-native architecture solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives - Developing end-to-end architecture blueprints covering applications, integrations, data, infrastructure, and AI-enabled services - Defining architecture standards, reusable design patterns, and development guardrails for enterprise applications - Ensuring interoperability, high availability, scalability, and performance across distributed systems You will also lead application modernization initiatives using Azure cloud-native technologies, architect and integrate AI-enabled solutions, evaluate emerging technologies, and guide implementation of DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, and cloud governance best practices. Collaboration with product owners, Agile teams, architects, and business stakeholders is crucial to align architecture with Program Increment (PI) objectives. You will provide architectural guidance to development teams, maintain architecture documentation, conduct architectural reviews, and establish governance frameworks for architecture consistency and implementation quality. Additionally, you will mentor engineering teams on architecture principles, cloud-native development, AI integration, and DevSecOps practices, drive innovation initiatives, and promote best practices in software engineering, cloud adoption, and Agile architecture. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field - 10+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect in enterprise environments - Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure ecosystem, cloud-native architecture, AI-enabled enterprise solutions, application modernization, and enterprise integrations - Hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core, React.js, REST APIs & Microservices, Azure DevOps / CI-CD, DevSecOps practices - Strong understanding of distributed systems, enterprise architecture frameworks, scalability & high availability, integration architecture, security & governance - Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments and participating in Program Increment (PI) planning - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills - Experience mentoring and guiding development teams Preferred Skills: - AI orchestration, Agentic AI, LLM integrations, or AI productivity tooling - Experience with Azure AI services and cloud automation frameworks - Knowledge of enterprise architecture governance frameworks - Exposure to multi-cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/OCI) - Experience in financial services or enterprise-scale modernization programs Certifications (Preferred): - Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) - AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Google Cloud Professional Architect - OCI Architect Certification - SAFe for Architects (ARCH) - SAFe DevOps Practitioner (SDP) As a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Azure & AI Platforms, your role will involve leading the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native, and AI-ready architectures that align with enterprise technology standards and business objectives.
