As an ASP.Net developer at our company, you will be joining our application development team. You should have a solid understanding of relational database theory, SQL syntax, and object-oriented programming. Knowledge of the Microsoft .Net framework, ASP.Net (C#), and web-based application development concepts will be beneficial. Working effectively in a team environment and holding a 4-year degree in computer science or a related field are also desirable qualities. Responsibilities: - Assisting the development team with database maintenance tasks. - Writing custom data imports/exports for data transfers between clients and internal systems, involving SQL queries and designing web-based UI processes. - Helping the Development team in identifying and fixing software bugs. - Contributing to the quality control of new and existing software. - Quickly absorbing and retaining information. - Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Working independently and efficiently. - Demonstrating high levels of maturity, discretion, tact, and judgment with a focus on confidentiality. - Excelling in organizational and time management skills. - Being flexible in handling various situations and prioritizing tasks effectively. - Displaying excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and spelling. - Occasionally writing technical and procedural documentation. - Analyzing non-routine problems and effectively communicating via telephone, email, letters, and in-person interactions with agents, payroll centers, policy owners, and other departments. - Providing occasional support to LAN users. Skills and Qualifications: - Possessing a Degree in a related field and some work experience, preferably in a related environment. - Essential prior experience with programming systems. - UX/UI experience would be advantageous. - Demonstrating analytical thinking, attention to detail, and understanding of programming issues and requirements. - Having exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to excel in this interactive role.
