JOB DESCRIPTION Senior CRM Developer ROLE: Senior CRM Developer DEPARTMENT: Technology REPORTS TO: Technology Leadership / Solution Architect STATUS: Exempt THE POSITION A Senior CRM Developer is a highly experienced technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex CRM solutions that align with enterprise architecture and business strategy. This role extends beyond hands-on development to include solution design, mentorship, and technical oversight across the CRM platform and its integrations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead design and development of complex CRM solutions - Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs - Develop custom components using C#, .NET, JavaScript, APIs - Architect integrations across Dynamics 365, Reltio, and Microsoft Fabric - Define data migration and governance strategies - Mentor developers and enforce best practices - Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments - Troubleshoot system performance and issues EXPERIENCE PREFERRED 7+ years CRM development experience, strong Dynamics 365 expertise, integration experience, leadership skills, and CI/CD knowledge.
