Manufacturing Engineer - Agriculture

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Peepul Agri, you will play a crucial role in designing, optimizing, and enhancing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production. You will be involved in bridging product design, production, quality, and suppliers, supporting both NPI (New Product Introduction) and mass production. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and document manufacturing processes, work instructions, SOPs, and routing - Define assembly sequences, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and line layouts - Ensure a smooth transition from prototype to volume production - Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field - Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the agriculture industry - Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies At Peepul Agri, we are dedicated to revolutionizing farming through our C.A.S.E Agronomy solutions, aimed at unleashing the potential of smallholder farmers by enhancing productivity, sustainability, and efficiency in agriculture.
