ALM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with specialized expertise in Siemens Polarion and Jama Software. The SME will be responsible for providing in-depth knowledge, strategic guidance, and hands-on support for ALM processes and tools, ensuring effective management and optimization of product development cycles. This role demands a deep understanding of ALM systems, requirements management, and a proven track record of working with Polarion and Jama.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ALM systems management with a focus on Siemens Polarion and Jama Software.

• In-depth knowledge of product development and lifecycle management processes.

• Proficiency in requirements management, configuration management, and change control.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

• Relevant certifications in ALM systems and tools (preferred).

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other ALM tools and systems.

• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in relevant industries.
