About the role
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Experience in designing EV Battery Structures
Experience with designing extrusions, stampings, and castings
Familiar with structural joining methods like MIG welding, Rivets and Mechanical fasteners.
Preferred experience with electromechanical design requirements like Creepage and clearance, grounding, and insulation
Excellent CAD skills in either solid or surface modelling (Solidworks)
Familiar with GD&T (Geometric Dimensional and Tolerancing) Fundamentals to support creating drawings for supplier review.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
