Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and redirecting customer tickets to the respective team to re-solve the tickets related to Telematics device.

• Supporting vehicle validation team to execute and monitor the test cases for Over- the Air.

• Analyzing the J1939 CAN logs of issues from vehicle testing and supporting development team to find the Root cause.

• Should proactively interact with cross functional teams to debug and find root cause for the issues.

• Supporting QA Testing on telematics device test bench to execute test case for production release.

Requirements

• Must have lighting program work experience.

• 6+ years of working experience in Automotive lighting development.

• Should coordinate with engineers located at different global technical centers.

• Co-ordination with OEM and supplier resident engineer if required.

• Required :

• Catia V5.

• Team center.

• Microsoft Office.

• Ansys Speos.

• Ansys Mechanical
