Lead HIL Engineer

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HIL test strategies for Powertrain systems.

• Utilize Dspace tool chain for creating and managing test environments.

• Design and simulate MATLAB models for testing purposes.

• Write detailed Development and Validation Plans (DVPs) to ensure thorough testing of components and systems.

• Conduct requirement analysis to understand and document testing needs.

• Analyze system performance, identify issues, and propose solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity and performance.

• Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and tools.

• Involvement in System Positive Testing (SPT) to validate system functionalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• years of experience in HIL testing, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Proficiency in using Dspace tool chain and MATLAB for modeling and simulation.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
