About the role
Required Skills and Education:
7+ years OEM / Tier One Automotive mechatronics experience, including Vehicle launch experience.
Bachelor's or master’s degrees in Mechatronics, Electronics or Computer Science or similar background.
Experience working with customers and suppliers.
Experience with CAD software. (NX would be a plus)
Knowledge of mechatronic systems and driveline components.
High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult.
Knowledge of design, development, test engineering, and manufacturing processes.
Familiar with EOL testing
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
High level of interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan and organize effectively.
Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint…etc.
