Agentic AI Solutions Architect (Chennai)

Job Description Role: Agentic AI Solutions Architect Location: Chennai/Coimbatore We are looking for a technically skilled and forward-thinking Agentic AI Consultant/Architect to design and implement intelligent autonomous systems that drive real-world impact. This role is ideal for someone passionate about agent-based AI, with hands-on experience in building and deploying LLM-powered agents and workflows. As an Agentic AI Consultant/Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable agentic AI solutions. You will also contribute to the development of reusable frameworks, best practices, and innovation in the agentic AI space. Key Responsibilities Design and architect agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, and OpenAI agents. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for autonomous agents. Develop prototypes and production-grade implementations of multi-agent systems. Optimize agent workflows for performance, reliability, and explainability. Contribute to the development of internal tools, libraries, and reusable components. Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and responsible AI practices. Support client engagements with technical expertise and solution design. Qualifications and Experience 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 12 years in agentic or autonomous systems. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with LLM orchestration frameworks. Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including reinforcement learning, prompt engineering, and multi-agent coordination. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and deploying AI solutions at scale. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar agentic AI platforms. Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and tool use in LLMs. Experience in industry-specific AI applications (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing).
