Senior Developer Generative & Agentic AI Solutions Job Title: Developer (AI/ML Products) Role: Senior AI Developer Level: Developer/ GM Exp: 15+ years Location: Pan India Skill: GenerativeAI + Agentic AI + Python + Cloud Tech + UI/UX Job Type: Full time Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to lead the design and development of Generative AI and Agentic AI systems at scale. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building intelligent applications powered by large language models (LLMs), multi-agent frameworks, and AI orchestration platforms. You will collaborate with AI researchers, engineers, and product teams to deliver next-generation AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Architect and develop scalable Generative AI applications leveraging LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and multimodal models. Design and implement agentic AI frameworks for autonomous task execution, reasoning, and orchestration. Build AI pipelines for fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Develop microservices and APIs to integrate AI agents into enterprise workflows. Implement MLOps/LLMOps for LLMs, including model deployment, monitoring, and versioning. Optimize performance for high-concurrency, low-latency AI systems. Ensure ethical AI practices, security, and compliance in all deployments. Stay ahead of emerging trends in Generative AI, multi-agent systems, and AI governance. Required Skills & Experience Strong programming skills in Python (FastAPI, LangChain) and Node.js. Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, Haystack, Hugging Face Transformers). Expertise in agentic AI platforms (AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents). Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for RAG. Cloud deployment experience on AWS/GCP/Azure, including GPU orchestration. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible AI principles. Preferred Qualifications Experience with fine-tuning LLMs and custom model training. Familiarity with multi-agent collaboration frameworks and AI toolchains. Certifications in cloud AI services and MLOps. Strong problem-solving and ability to work in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments. .
