Technical Support Associate US Voice Process Location: Noida Experience: 03 Years Shift: US Rotational Shift (Night Shift) Process: Voice Support Job Overview We are hiring Technical Support Associates for a US Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service over calls. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls from US customers. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance. Resolve issues related to internet connectivity, software, hardware, devices, and applications. Deliver accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience. Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant support teams. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions. Eligibility Criteria 0–3 years of experience in International BPO (US/UK Voice Process). Freshers with excellent communication skills and technical aptitude may also apply. Strong verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting concepts. Comfortable working in US rotational/night shifts. Required Skills Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
