About the role
As a .NET Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for driving backend development and production support/escalation management. Your role will involve building scalable services, resolving complex production issues, and improving application reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain backend applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core. - Design, build, and support RESTful APIs and microservices. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement code fixes. - Analyze logs, monitoring data, and system metrics to resolve performance and stability issues. - Manage and troubleshoot applications deployed on Kubernetes. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Support teams to ensure high system availability. - Drive improvements in application performance, reliability, monitoring, and automation. Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core. - Experience building and supporting RESTful APIs and backend services. - Proven expertise in production debugging, log analysis, and incident resolution. - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications. - Strong understanding of performance tuning, system stability, and scalable architectures. - Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools and SLA-driven environments. - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Preferred Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Experience working with distributed systems and microservices architectures.
