Mandatory Skills Strong expertise in Active Directory Support Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Support Solid knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira Experience with Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc Familiarity with L2/L3 support Primary skills: Active Directory M365 Microsoft 365 Support Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.) Assist users with login issues, MFA setup, and license-related queries Troubleshoot email delivery, calendar sync, and Teams connectivity issues Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 admin center and Exchange Online Active Directory Support Handle user account creation, password resets, and group membership changes Assist with computer account joins and basic GPO troubleshooting Monitor AD replication and login issues Familiarity with Active Directory Users and Computers Maintain accurate documentation of AD changes General IT Support Log and track incidents via ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) Knowledge of Windows OS and Office applications Provide remote support using tools like MS Teams Follow standard operating procedures and escalation paths, Strong communication and customer service skills Important Note (Please Read Before Applying) Do NOT apply if: You have less than 3 years or more than 5 years of experience You do not have hands-on Active Directory experience You are on a notice period longer than 15 days You are looking for remote only (role is hybrid in mumbai) You are a fresher or unrelated background (e.g.roles) Apply ONLY if you meet ALL criteria above.
