Senior Performance Engineer

As a Senior Performance Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving performance engineering initiatives for enterprise-scale Java applications and APIs. You will be responsible for designing and executing Load, Stress, Performance, and Endurance Tests, analyzing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. Your collaboration with Development, Architecture, and DevOps teams will be essential in defining performance benchmarks, SLAs, and monitoring strategies. Additionally, you will deliver performance reports and optimization recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute Load, Stress, Performance, and Endurance Tests - Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks - Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines - Work closely with Development, Architecture, and DevOps teams - Define performance benchmarks, SLAs, and monitoring strategies - Deliver performance reports and optimization recommendations Qualifications Required: - 9+ years of experience in Performance Testing & Performance Engineering - Proficiency in Java 11+, Spring Boot Microservices - Experience in REST API Performance Testing - Familiarity with tools such as JMeter, Gatling, k6, or Locust - Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, New Relic, OpenTelemetry - Experience with Jenkins / GitHub Actions (CI/CD) - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Helm - Experience with AWS services (EKS, ECS, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway) - Proficiency in Thread Analysis, Heap Analysis & Bottleneck Identification If you possess the required skills and experience and are enthusiastic about taking on this challenging role, we encourage you to share your updated resume with us.
