About the role
As a Senior UX Designer for Treasury Solutions, your role will involve leading the transformation of user experiences across UI applications. You will focus on design strategy, usability, and accessibility to ensure intuitive and efficient workflows for complex financial tools. Your responsibilities will include: - Redesigning legacy UI applications using modern UX design tools. - Designing responsive and adaptive UIs optimized for desktop and mobile experiences. - Defining and implementing user-centric design strategies aligned with business objectives. - Designing interactive reports and dashboards with self-service capabilities. - Integrating AI-powered components like chatbots, virtual assistants, and predictive UX features into UI designs. - Conducting UX research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions. - Creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Axure RP. - Driving design thinking workshops and iterative design cycles based on user feedback. - Establishing and maintaining design systems and reusable UX components. - Ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.1, ARIA standards, and inclusive design principles. - Applying AI-enhanced design tools for personalization and workflow optimization. - Collaborating closely with UI developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in UX design for enterprise-grade applications. - Strong expertise in UX research, usability testing, and human-centered design. - Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Axure RP. - Experience with AI-enhanced design platforms like Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, and Uizard. - Ability to execute rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and iterative design based on user feedback. - Experience in designing mobile-first and responsive web applications. - Familiarity with accessibility testing tools like axe DevTools, WAVE, and Lighthouse. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Experience in financial services, especially Treasury or Pricing apps. - Knowledge of data visualization principles for dashboards and reporting. - Exposure to predictive UX and personalization using AI/ML concepts. This position offers a hybrid work mode and is open for immediate joiners on a contract-to-hire basis.
