Role Overview: You will be responsible for automating business processes using Worksoft Certify, focusing on enterprise applications like ServiceNow. Your role will involve creating, executing, and maintaining test scripts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to test planning, and analyzing test results. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Worksoft Certify expertise to create and execute test scripts, maintain scripts, and understand Worksoft Certify's features. - Develop and execute automated test scripts to identify and address issues before they impact operations. - Design and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases for ServiceNow applications and customizations. - Identify, log, and track defects using a defect management tool, and work with development teams to resolve them. - Ensure the functionality, performance, and integration of ServiceNow applications meet requirements. - Identify performance issues, analyze bottlenecks, and suggest improvements within the ServiceNow platform. - Utilize tools like ATF (Automated Test Framework) to create and maintain automated tests for ServiceNow applications. - Have familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, and other defect tracking systems. Qualification Required: - 3-6+ years of experience in Worksoft Certify automation testing. - Experience with ServiceNow Testing. - Strong understanding of testing principles, processes, and methods. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
