IT Application Engineer - Java Full Stack

Shift time - 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Location - Pune, hybrid *Looking for early joiners only Key asks for the role: Hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java and React and/or Angular, Core JavaScript, and backend development. Candidates with strong hands-on experience in either Angular or React can be considered. Expertise in one framework with working knowledge or limited exposure to the other is acceptable, provided the candidate demonstrates the ability to learn and adapt quickly Experience building highly scalable, secure, enterprise-grade applications supporting large user bases (4.5M+ users preferred). Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards and best practices. Experience with Kafka for event-driven or messaging architectures is preferred. However, candidates with strong hands-on experience in backend and frontend development and limited exposure to Kafka may also be considered, provided they demonstrate strong fundamentals and are trainable in event-driven systems. Hands-on coding expertise with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with 2-week sprint cycles. Ability to mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and provide technical guidance. Active participation in QA activities, including functional testing and defect resolution. Ability to challenge technical approaches, drive improvements, and take ownership of solutions .
