Job Summary In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this technical leader position is also responsible for driving the development of internet applications and software tools. This includes collaborating with product teams to understand and define the product vision, and overseeing the development and support of end-to-end solutions including architecting, designing, developing, and testing member-facing applications/systems using cloud, content management systems (CMS) and traditional integrations. This position is also responsible for driving the development of cloud applications, CMS, and integration solutions on a variety of platforms; researching and resolving technical issues and recommending appropriate interventions/modifications on critical issues; and ensuring work processes and products meet KP IT security and development standards. Job Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and seven (7) years experience in software development or a related field. - Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. - Minimum six (6) years experience developing and/or implementing web-based applications. - Minimum three(3) years experience in developing and utilizing cloud based technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.) - Minimum three (3) years experience working with web application frameworks (e.g., Angular, HTML5, CSS, GraphQL,etc.) - Minimum five (5) years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions development life cycles (e.g., SDLC). - Minimum two (2) year in a technical lead role with or without direct reports. - 3+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role, guiding engineering teams in solution design and delivery. - 3+ years of experience overseeing common technical solutions deployed across departments or enterprise-wide organizations. - 3+ years of experience in Accessibility (ADA) compliance using tools such as Lighthouse, Axe Core, or similar frameworks. - 3+ years of experience building applications with SEO best practices. - Broad experience across multiple technologies in enterprise-scale applications, including infrastructure components such as Akamai, F5, Apigee, Azure, Adobe tools like AEM , Ignite, GitHub, etc. - Proven ability to design and deliver highly scalable and secure web applications in complex, multi-cloud or hybrid environments. - Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence product, design, and operations teams across geographies. Additional Requirements - Full Stack API/Integration Specialty : - 4+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role, guiding engineering teams in solution design and delivery. - 5+ experience developing micro services and APIs and API test tools (e.g., Java, Node.js, NoSQL DBs, Postman, SoapUI, Ready API etc.). - 3+ years experience implementing in Adobe Experience Manager and technologies (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Anaytics, Target, Forms, OGSI, NPM, etc.). - Minimum two (2) years work experience working with web application frameworks (e.g., Angular (preferred), React, Adobe Experience Manager, HTML5, CSS, GraphQL, etc.) - Minimum two (2) years experience with CMS (Content Management System) such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - 1+ year hands on experience with Generative and/or Agentic AI and/or Machine Learning technology.
