Splunk Administrator

We are looking for a Senior System Engineer with core expertise in Splunk Administration and Linux systems to join our hybrid team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in managing enterprise infrastructure, supporting at L3 level, and working in rotational 24x7 shifts. You'll play a key role in ensuring system stability, performance, and security, while also supporting cloud adoption initiatives and automation through tools like Ansible. Key Responsibilities:Administer and maintain Splunk infrastructure including configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning.Provide L3-level support for Linux/Unix-based systems.Manage and support VMware environments.Automate operational tasks using Ansible or similar tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud and hybrid environments.Monitor system health and troubleshoot incidents in a 24x7 environment.Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.Contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles for process improvements.Required Skills:Core expertise in Splunk AdministrationStrong experience with Linux/Unix operating systemsProficient in VMware virtualizationHands-on experience with Ansible for automationL3-level system support capabilitiesGood communication and problem-solving skillsGood to Have:Exposure to any cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Scripting skills (Bash, Python) for automationExperience with monitoring or configuration management toolsWork Environment:Shift: Rotational 24x7 (including night shifts, weekends as scheduled)Work Location: Hybrid model must be willing to work from office as requiredBase Locations: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad We are looking for a Senior System Engineer with core expertise in Splunk Administration and Linux systems to join our hybrid team.
