About the role
Title: IT Business Analyst – (Sharepoint & Powerapps) Location: Bengaluru and Mumbai Experience: 4+ years Role overview: We are looking for a driven and solution-oriented IT Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives across corporate functions. This role requires a strong mix of business analysis skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint & Power Platform). Key Responsibilities Partner with HR, Legal, Communications, and other corporate teams to gather and analyze business requirements Document business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), workflows, BRDs, and functional specifications Design and support implementation of solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate Work closely with developers and power users to build and test solutions Support UAT and ensure smooth user adoption Conduct workshops, training sessions, and change management activities Identify automation and process improvement opportunities Ensure solutions align with enterprise governance standards Document integration requirements and optimize configurations Required Experience 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst Experience in digital transformation projects Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem Experience with requirement gathering, solution design, and UAT coordination Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience working with corporate functions (HR, Legal, Communications) Hands-on exposure to low-code/no-code platforms Experience in enterprise environments
