Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Experience Required:

5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, develop,

and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate

will possess strong technical expertise in Salesforce technologies and a

deep understanding of integration patterns, along with the ability to

collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and features

on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web

Components (LWC), and Aura components

  • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs

and middleware solutions

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and

scalable solutions

  • Perform code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and

performant code

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the

Salesforce environment

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define project

scope and objectives

  • Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting technical excellence

  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best

practices

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and

methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript

  • Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura

Components

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration patterns and

technologies

  • Solid understanding of:

  • Salesforce data model

  • Security model

  • Declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules)

  • Experience working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC),

preferably in Agile environments

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology

  • Experience working in global environments

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills (English mandatory)

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
