Requirements

• ● Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• ● Having 9+ Years experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

• ● Strong expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and data modeling.

• ● Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, etc.).

• ● Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including ACLs, Business

• Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.

• ● Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.

• ● Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM,

• ● Lead end-to-end development of custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow

• Studio, Flow Designer, and scripting (JavaScript).

• ● Design and implement system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and

• ● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical

• ● Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to best

• ● Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical standards.
