Ruby On Rails Developer Virtual Dr Thursday (Hyderabad)

Job Requirements* 8 to 15+ years of experience in Full Stack Development. Solid expertise in Ruby on Rails including MVC architecture, ActiveRecord, and service-oriented design. Solid hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and REST API development. Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks (React / Angular). Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB. Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment workflows. Solid debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work in agile settings. Key Responsibilities* Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails and Node.js. Design and implement scalable REST APIs and backend services. Build and improve UI components using JavaScript/React/Angular. Integrate databases, perform schema design, and optimize query performance. Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and bestpractices. Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases.
