Job Title: Senior ERP Functional Analyst - SAP Manufacturing Procurement CORE SDM Manufacturing Procurement (f/m/d) The CORE (Customer Oriented Resilient Enterprise) program is a game changer for Bayer as we strive to become the best in class in the industry. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES You partner with manufacturing value streams to design, govern, and support the CORE template and deployments You monitor external software development processes and enforce technical guardrails You review code quality of developed software modules You ensure CORE solution integrity and adherence to design, data, and process guidelines across deployments You execute design for Grower Management You onboard, train, and establish global solution design teams in IT hubs You lead System Integrator Teams within agile workstreams and coach scrum teams You maintain strong knowledge of Bayers manufacturing IT solutions, including S/4HANA, and apply Agile principles WHO YOU ARE You have 8+ years of experience in a related systems area You bring strong understanding of SAP Manufacturing/Procurement processes (S/4HANA, SAP PP-PI, Contract Life-Cycle Management) You have experience in SAP ABAP development; cloud technologies are a plus You know the life-science industry (non-regulated), especially seeds and grower management You demonstrate proven leadership and change management experience in global matrix organizations You possess excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills You work accurately, persistently, and creatively both independently and collaboratively You have proficiency in English (written and spoken) .
