About the role
As a Business Analyst/Product Owner in our company, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of telecom-related products. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the roadmap for the products. You will work closely with the VP R&D and the development team to deliver high-quality solutions. - Telecom Expertise: Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the telecom industry, with a strong understanding of concepts such as IPDR (IP Data Records) and Lawful Intercept. - Technical Background: Preferred background in software development to effectively communicate with developers and understand technical aspects of the product. - Product Ownership: Act as a Product Owner, owning and prioritizing the product backlog, creating user stories, and defining acceptance criteria. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. - Design Skills: Ability to design user interfaces and screens that enhance the user experience. - Agile and Scrum: Participate in daily scrum meetings, handle sprint planning, and monitor progress in JIRA. Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile processes within the team. - Daily Progress Reporting: Regularly report to the manager with daily progress, highlighting any obstacles or challenges. - Eager to Learn: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement. - Contribution to Company's Success: Actively contribute to the company's success by delivering high-quality products that meet customer requirements. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in a related field. - 2 years of experience in the telecom industry. - Strong knowledge of IPDR and Lawful Intercept. - Technical background or experience as a developer is preferred. - Proficiency in using JIRA for backlog management and sprint planning. - Familiarity with telecom industry standards and regulations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
