QA Automation Engineer

Job Description : As a QA Automation Engineer at DentTracks, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our automated testing frameworks to ensure a seamless and secure user experience. You ll be responsible for testing workflows across claims, billing, eligibility, and patient communication, while driving quality at every stage of development. This role demands hands-on expertise in automation tools, CI/CD integration, and performance monitoring, along with a strong focus on HIPAA compliance. Your Mission : Design cutting-edge automated testing frameworks to ensure our platform runs smooth, from eligibility checks to claims, billing, and patient communications, while keeping HIPAA compliance at the core. Your Job: Build maintain automation (Playwright, Cypress, Jest, Mocha, k6). Ensure flawless end-to-end user journeys with regression load testing. Integrate into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo Rollouts). Monitor Core Web Vitals API performance. Champion a shift-left testing culture in our Agile team. Requirements: 3 5 years of QA automation (SaaS/Healthcare preferred). Strong skills in UI, API, and performance testing tools. Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant test data handling.
