Calibration Engineer

Requirement: Diploma/ B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Metrology) with min. 3 - 5 years of experience. Must have Certified 17025 internal auditor. Knowledge of Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Uncertainty calculation Job Responsibilities: Manage and maintain calibration activities for IMTEs used in manufacturing processes. Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and NABL requirements . Perform calibration of Mechanical, Electrical, Thermal, and Dimensional measuring instruments. Maintain measurement traceability and calibration records. Control calibration procedures, work instructions, and certificate archives. Conduct uncertainty calculations, MSA, and impact analysis of affected instruments. Support internal, customer, and certification audits. Implement and manage calibration software. Analyze calibration trends and equipment failure rates. Salary Budget : INR 5.00 to 7.00 lacs/ annum
