Mobile Architect - React Native

As a React Native Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure projects are successfully implemented according to requirements. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership, guiding the development team, and making architectural decisions that align with project goals. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and design mobile applications using the React Native framework, translating functional requirements into robust technical solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications, keeping stakeholders informed about project progress while providing technical insights and recommendations. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, conduct code reviews, and offer constructive feedback to enhance team performance. - Lead the development and implementation of mobile application features, optimize applications for performance and user experience, and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues alongside the team. - Identify and address technical challenges and risks during the development process, document architectural designs, code guidelines, and best practices for future reference, and actively participate in Agile development processes contributing to sprint planning and estimation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a React Native Developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications and an in-depth understanding of the React Native framework and its core principles. - Solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and related frontend technologies. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating mobile applications with backend services. - Proficient understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git). - Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position prefers candidates with prior experience in a technical leadership or architect role.
