Program Manager / Scrum Master

You will manage multiple programs while facilitating Scrum processes for cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Develop and execute program plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Monitor program progress, risks, and issues, providing updates and recommendations to stakeholders. Remove impediments to team progress and coach members on Agile methodologies. Manage program budgets and work with Product Owners to ensure a prioritized backlog. Required Skills 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager. Proven track record of managing complex programs from initiation to completion. Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate cross-functional teams. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering. Proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking. Preferred Skills Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification. Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana. Experience with scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
