Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SCM -Retail & Commerce | Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O SCM Functional Consultant-Product Owner with strong expertise in Retail & Commerce to design, implement, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes along with hands-on experience in Retail/Commerce modules, including POS, Store Commerce, Inventory Management, Assortments, Pricing, Promotions, and Omnichannel Retail operations. Key Responsibilities Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Dynamics 365 F&O SCM with Retail & Commerce capabilities. Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into product features and user stories. Lead requirements gathering, process workshops, and solution discussions. Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Work closely with implementation partners, architects, developers, QA teams, and Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Drive end-to-end functional design across Supply Chain processes. Ensure adoption of Microsoft best practices and standard capabilities while minimizing customizations. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, release planning, and product demonstrations. Support change management, business readiness, and user adoption. Monitor product KPIs and continuously improve product capabilities. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of functional consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. Hands-on experience in Retail and Commerce implementations. Experience working as a Product Owner, Functional Lead, or Solution Lead in Agile environments. Strong knowledge of: Procurement & Sourcing Inventory Management Warehouse Management Product Information Management Sales Order Management Retail Store Operations Commerce/POS Replenishment and Demand Planning Experience in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process consulting abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementation programs. Exposure to Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint management. Experience integrating D365 F&O with Commerce, CRM, and third-party applications. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional certifications are preferred. Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, or Commerce domains will be an added advantage.
