Engineering Manager (Java Backend)

As an experienced Engineering Manager with over 10 years of engineering experience and proven leadership skills, your role will involve working on multiple projects simultaneously, managing diverse teams of engineers, formulating and executing strategies, and collaborating with other managers in the fintech industry. Key Responsibilities: - Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and manufacturing processes. - Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel. - Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes. - Strives to improve efficiency, sustainability, and reduce waste in processes and product designs. - Secures necessary resources for teams to excel, including researching and proposing capital investments. Qualifications Required: - Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes. - Strong personnel and project management skills, with a focus on strategic management. - Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously. - Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager. - Proficiency in Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Design & Distributed Architecture, Debugging and Problem Solving, Code Quality and Best Practices, Platform-Specific Knowledge. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. - Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Experience in managing teams of 15-25 people.
