As a Lead Engineer Java (Backend) with 6+ years of experience, your role will involve actively working on designing and developing large-scale distributed applications architected for scale. You should be capable of supporting multiple tenants seamlessly and integrating with various external payment processors and intermediaries using industry-standard payment integration methods. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize 6+ years of professional software development experience and expertise in PaymentExpert, Spring, Microservices, and RESTful API services - Design and build Restful Services in a commercial setting - Have exposure to NoSQL technology and possess strong communication and analytical skills - Drive communication with external partners, processors, and vendors - Manage time effectively and work on concurrent assignments with different priorities - Implement Agile methodology and troubleshoot effectively - Make decisions based on data and ensure reliability, availability, scalability, and performance in design/implementation - Utilize software engineering tools and best practices - Collaborate with peers, seniors, and product managers using agile methodologies - Ensure high availability and reliability of applications and services - Support applications and services on a 24x7 basis Qualifications Required: - 6+ Years of professional software development experience - Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes - Personnel and project management skills - Strategic Management skills - Strong proficiency in Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Design, DSA, code review, HLD, LLD - Ability to use presentation software for explaining complex information - Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Location: Sector 62, Noida In this role, you should be comfortable with working from the office 5 days a week.
