We are looking for a skilled professional to lead the charge in migrating on-premises Essbase environments to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), with a major focus on modernizing security frameworks and governance. Role: Oracle Essbase Engineer (OCI Migration ) Experience: 810 years preferre d Location: Hybrid (Bengaluru / Hyderabad ) Key Responsibilities :Cloud Migration: Execute and support the end-to-end migration of Essbase applications from on-prem to OCI.Security & IAM Modernization: Configure and manage Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), leading the transition from traditional AD-based security models to cloud IAM structures (SSO, user provisioning).Architecture & Tuning: Architect OCI-based Essbase deployments ensuring top-tier performance, reliability, and post-migration stabilization.Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to GRC standards, particularly for regulated banking/financial environments.Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional infrastructure, security, DevOps, and business teams. What We Are Looking For :810 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Essbase / EPM (strong on-prem expertise is a must).Proven track record of successful OCI migration projects for enterprise applications.Deep knowledge of IDCS setup, configuration, and integration.Experience migrating security frameworks from Active Directory (AD) to cloud identity platforms.Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector is highly preferred.Core Skills: SaaS EPM, Oracle EPBCS, Oracle Financials Cloud, OCI, and Data Migration. Good to Have (Bonus Skills) :Scripting skills (Shell, Python) for automation.Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines or similar DevOps tools.Exposure to test automation frameworks and cloud-native monitoring/logging tools . .
