Project Architect

As a Project Architect specializing in residential developments, you will play a crucial role in leading the architectural design and execution of high-end residential complexes. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing bespoke architectural concepts and design narratives that reflect luxury, comfort, and exclusivity for high-end residential projects. - Focusing on superior materiality, finishes, landscaping integration, and cutting-edge technologies to enhance the living experience. - Reviewing designs & plans at each stage and providing design options for efficiency, constructability, and other relevant aspects. - Navigating complex municipal regulations and environmental clearances in Mumbai while maintaining design excellence. - Leading coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, and specialized consultants to ensure seamless integration of all design elements. - Conducting meticulous site inspections to ensure architectural integrity, quality standards, and luxury finishes are maintained throughout construction. - Pre-qualifying & appointing consultants such as Architect, Structural, MEP, Interior Designer, and Landscape Architect. Preparing RFP, scope of works, organizing meetings, and maintaining minutes of meetings. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch). - Minimum 6-10 years of experience in residential architecture, preferably with projects in Mumbai or other metropolitan cities. - Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Deep understanding of Mumbai's real estate regulatory environment and luxury market demands.
