About the role
As a Project Architect specializing in residential developments, your role will involve leading the architectural design and execution of high-end residential complexes. You will ensure world-class standards in aesthetics, functionality, and exclusivity. Key Responsibilities: - Develop bespoke architectural concepts and design narratives for high-end residential projects. - Focus on superior materiality, finishes, landscaping integration, and cutting-edge technologies. - Review designs & plans at each stage, suggesting design options for efficiency and constructability. - Navigate complex municipal regulations and environmental clearances in Mumbai. - Lead coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, and specialized consultants for seamless integration. - Conduct meticulous site inspections to maintain architectural integrity and quality standards. - Pre-qualify & appoint consultants, prepare RFP and scope of works, and organize meetings. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch). - Minimum 6-10 years of experience in residential architecture, preferably in Mumbai or other metropolitan cities. - Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Deep understanding of Mumbai's real estate regulatory environment and luxury market demands.
