Experience 3 5 Years Location Bangalore Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications for industrial automation projects. Design and implement control systems using Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Mitsubishi PLC platforms. Configure and commission Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), servo drives, and other motion control devices. Prepare electrical control system documentation, including EPLAN electrical schematics. Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and on-site commissioning activities. Diagnose and resolve control system issues during commissioning and production support. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors to ensure successful project execution. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user manuals. Required Skills 3 5 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems. Hands-on experience with: Siemens TIA Portal Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 Mitsubishi PLC Programming EPLAN Electrical Design Experience in developing PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications. Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, and Profibus. Hands-on experience in configuring and commissioning VFDs and industrial drives. Experience in machine startup, troubleshooting, and site commissioning. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control panel drawings. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to travel for site commissioning activities. Preferred Skills (Added Advantage) Hands-on experience in Virtual Commissioning. Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) Networking and industrial network architecture.
