About the role
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and data needs. Translate business questions into actionable insights using data modeling and visualization techniques. Clean, merge, and manage structured and unstructured data to create scalable analytical models. Build intuitive and interactive scenario models and dashboards in Power BI to support data-driven decisions. Develop end-to-end analytics solutions — from data ingestion to visualization and storytelling. Prepare and present insights through compelling reports and presentations tailored to diverse stakeholder groups. Partner with cross-functional and cross-regional teams in a virtual environment to ensure data accuracy and alignment. Integrate data from SAP systems and other enterprise sources into Power BI and Excel for enhanced analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles, preferably in a multinational or global environment. 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including advanced dashboards and DAX-based measures. Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas). Strong command of DAX, SQL, and working knowledge of Python for data transformation and automation. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with experience in modeling, forecasting, and trend analysis. Proven ability to communicate and present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with diverse teams across regions and cultures. Experience integrating SAP data into Excel and Power BI.
