As the UI Developer, your role involves completely owning the design and delivery of the UI layer. You will be a strong contributor to the product vision and drive team planning. Your responsibilities include designing and developing new user-facing features using Angular, React, and next.js. You will also be building reusable components and front-end libraries for the future by applying functional programming concepts. Additionally, you will be translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code to ensure high performance across various web-capable devices and browsers. Your role also involves promoting strong collaboration within a cross-functional team, including design and product management. Responsibilities: - Own the design and delivery of the UI layer, contributing significantly to the product vision and team planning. - Design and develop new user-facing features using Angular, React, and next.js. - Build reusable components and front-end libraries by applying functional programming concepts. - Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. - Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers. - Promote strong collaboration within cross-functional teams, including design and product management. Requirements: - Minimum 2-4 years of front-end development experience. - Solid grasp of design patterns with the ability to translate design into low-level code. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation, the JavaScript object model, HTML, and CSS. - Deep understanding of modern web application design architecture, good API design patterns, performance, and scale. - Experience in modern technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Flutter, Node.js, GQL, next.js, and Chrome extension development. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and data structures libraries. - Hands-on experience with Rxjs. - Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. - Experience with common front-end development tools such as Webpack, NPM, Angular Material, or any other component library. - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. - Hands-on experience with any visualization libraries and comfortable working with large dataset-driven analytical applications. - Experience in handling and coaching teams. - Ability and comfort working in a fast-paced, start-up mode.
