Junior QA Engineer – India

Pillar: Product Quality & Client Enablement

Role Summary

Be the steady test-execution capacity for the platform. Learn fast, contribute reliably, and grow into senior QA scope over the next 12–18 months.

Key Responsibilities

Execute manual regression cycles for each release

Build and improve test automation

Author and maintain test cases against FRD acceptance criteria

Reproduce, isolate, and document bugs clearly

Contribute to automation coverage under QA leadership

Support UAT defect triage and client escalations

Engage with business and client teams to support delivery

Provide operational and business query support

What We Are Looking For: Education, Experience & Skills

• Education:

• Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Preferred

• Recent graduates with strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in Software Quality Assurance are encouraged to apply.

• Required:

• Experience: 0-1 years

• Excellent Comms Skills, Willing to travel to different locations in India, and other office locations

• Preferred:

• Any experience in Manual and test automations in Banking and Fintech domain is a plus

• Hands on experience with test automation tools like test sigma will be an added advantage
