Role Summary

Be the operational owner of day-to-day QA execution for Power, ensuring releases are delivered with high quality and minimal supervision, even when senior team members are engaged in client work.

Key Responsibilities

Operationally own each release's QA execution: regression sequencing, environment readiness, and sign-off coordination

Drive test automation by building coverage across critical user journeys

Continuously improve automation coverage

Mentor junior QAs, including task allocation and output review

Partner with Business Analysts on acceptance criteria and traceability for every FRD

Report quality metrics (defect escape rate, regression cycle time, automation coverage) to the Quality Lead and Department Head

Maintain and manage the test case repository

What We Are Looking For: Education, Experience & Skills

• Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Professional Certifications (Preferred)

• ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (preferred)

• Test Automation certifications are an added advantage.

• Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in Manual Testing and Test Automation

• Strong domain knowledge in Banking and Fintech

• Excellent communication skills

• Willingness to travel within India and internationally

• Preferred:

• Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments

• Exposure to end-to-end QA ownership in agile teams

• Hands on experience with test automation tools like test sigma will be an added advantage
