Technical Lead

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with 7-10 years of experience in React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL to build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of working as an Individual Contributor while mentoring team members, driving technical decisions, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Build and optimize REST APIs and microservices. Ensure application performance, security, and code quality. Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business requirements. Work with AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and monitoring tools. Take ownership of technical delivery and support architectural decisions. Required Skills 7-10 years of hands-on experience in software development. Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and database design. Working knowledge of AWS, CI/CD, deployment, and infrastructure concepts. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading teams, mentoring developers, and working in Agile environments. Preferred: Candidates with strong leadership skills, ownership mindset, and experience managing technical teams.
