As a Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management professional at Precision Medicine Group, you will play a vital role in defining and owning the product vision, architecture, and implementation strategy for a suite of healthcare data products in the U.S. payer and market access landscape. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving multi-product roadmap planning, identifying opportunities for expansion into new product lines and use cases. - Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable product priorities. - Defining and tracking product KPIs to inform roadmap prioritization and demonstrate product value. In addition, you will be expected to: - Conduct independent market and domain research to stay informed about evolving payer dynamics, benefit design trends, and regulatory shifts. - Manage relationships with third-party healthcare data vendors, evaluate data quality, and ensure seamless integration into core product pipelines. - Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional product team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8+ years of experience in product management, healthcare analytics, or pharmaceutical market data solutions. - Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare payer ecosystem and hands-on experience with diverse healthcare datasets. - Strong technical proficiency in SQL, cloud-based data platforms, Excel, and BI tools. - Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in distributed or global settings. - Exceptional communication skills and strategic thinking abilities.
