Job description
Create visually appealing and effective Tableau reports and dashboards to present complex data in an understandable and interactive manner.
Design user-friendly and intuitive interfaces to facilitate easy exploration of data for end-users.
Implement interactive features within Tableau reports, such as filters, parameters, and actions, to enhance user engagement and data exploration.
Integrate Tableau with databases and other data sources, ensuring seamless data connectivity and optimal performance.
Define relationships between different data sources and tables within Tableau to enable comprehensive analysis.
Develop Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) workflows to extract data from various sources, transform it to meet reporting needs, and load it into Tableau for analysis.
Implement data cleaning, transformation, and aggregation processes to ensure data accuracy and relevance in Tableau.
Streamline ETL processes by designing automated workflows to reduce manual intervention and enhance efficiency.
Technical Skills
Strong Relevant experience in Tableau.
Ability to create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Tableau.
Knowledge of how to represent data effectively to convey insights to stakeholders.
Ability to design and create data models that align with business requirements.
Expertise in Extract, Transform, Load processes for data integration and preparation.
Proficiency in writing complex queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
Proficiency in at least one of these programming languages for implementing complex data transformations, statistical analysis, or custom scripting as needed.
Ability to integrate Python or R scripts seamlessly into Tableau for enhanced analytics and visualization capabilities.
Tableau Developer Certification preferred
