Solution Architect – CPQ

Job description

Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on Salesforce and CPQ best practices.

Define business goals, strategic roadmaps for IT implementation.

Collaborate with clients to evaluate existing processes, pain points, and future needs, proposing how Salesforce/CPQ can address those gaps.

Lead and assist in solution design, architecture, proof-of-concepts, process flows, configuration, and deployment for ongoing and new projects.

Create adaptable and scalable solutions that meet immediate business needs while ensuring long-term success for clients.

Work with Salesforce, client, and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Technical Skills

Experience, with a strong emphasis on Revenue cloud (Salesforce CPQ and Billing).

Considerable experience in Solution Architecture, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce with CPQ billing.

Proficiency in LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura framework, and Salesforce Flows for development purposes.

Hands-on experience in implementing/supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Billing, and Communities.

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning security and performance features.

Certification in Salesforce CPQ and Billing is preferred.
