Role: Associate AI/ML Engineer Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 1 - 2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: 5 Days (WFO) Role Overview We are looking for an Associate AI/ML Engineer with 1 - 2 years of experience who is passionate about building AI-powered applications and solving real-world business challenges. The ideal candidate should have robust Python programming skills, exposure to backend and frontend development, and hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM APIs, and AI application workflows. This role involves working closely with AI/ML Engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions including AI tools, dashboards, micro-apps, and internal automation systems. Key Responsibilities - Develop AI-native applications across backend and frontend layers with guidance from senior engineers. - Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask. - Integrate LLM APIs including Open AI, Claude, and Hugging Face into real-world applications. - Develop AI-powered dashboards, internal tools, and automation solutions. - Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve AI output quality and reliability. - Support development of RAG-based workflows using embeddings, vector databases, and external data sources. - Build responsive frontend components using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks. - Work on rapid prototyping and experimentation to validate AI-driven ideas quickly. - Debug AI pipelines, backend workflows, and data processing tasks. - Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, Supabase, and similar technologies. - Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to convert requirements into scalable AI solutions. - Stay updated with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
