About the role
As a Back-end Developer at our company located in Navi Mumbai, India, you will be responsible for participating in the entire application lifecycle, with a focus on coding and debugging. Your key responsibilities will include: - Writing clean code to develop functional web applications - Troubleshooting and debugging applications - Performing UI tests to optimize performance - Managing cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications - Collaborating with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic - Gathering and addressing technical and design requirements - Providing training and support to internal teams - Building reusable code and libraries for future use - Liaising with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features - Keeping up to date with emerging technologies To be successful in this role, you should have: - Proven work experience as a Back-end developer - In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment) - Hands-on experience with programming languages like Python, NodeJS, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL - Excellent analytical and time management skills - Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude Additionally, we are looking for candidates with a go-getter attitude, positive demeanor, good communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving and analytical skills are also desired. Education qualifications required for this role include a degree in BE/BTECH/BCA/MCA/COMPUTER SCIENCE GRADUATE. Key Skills required for this position include proficiency in MongoDB, Node.Js, Java, Server Side, and Database.
