About the role
As a highly experienced professional with 8 to 10 years of work experience, you will be leading a team of passionate engineers dedicated to building outstanding products. Your role involves owning the entire code development process, from ideation to development, QA, and support. Your responsibilities include writing clean and well-tested code, collaborating with design and frontend engineers, and product management to enhance features. Additionally, you will be tasked with improving the existing product architecture and mentoring other engineers by sharing best practices. Desired Candidate Profile: - Demonstrates a proactive attitude and positivity - Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Exhibits strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Key Responsibilities: - Provide executive support in driving the company towards becoming a world-class software & tech organization. - Embrace challenges with a positive mindset and proactive approach. Qualification Required: - Education: BE/BTech/Computer Science Graduate from reputable institutions. - Key Skills: JavaScript, React JS/Angular JS, NodeJS, Git, HTML, CSS. - Proficiency in other programming languages like C#, Java, and Go is desirable. - Experience with Salesforce APIs and agile development practices is advantageous.
